Blue-Ray Biotech Releases EzCube Fluorometer and EzQuant Quantification Assay Kits
Blue-Ray Biotech, a professional developer and manufacturer of life science products, introduces the new EzCube Fluorometer and EzQuant Quantification Assay Kits. The Fluorometer has three fluorescent channels which enhance sensitivity and specificity for quantification down to picogram levels. When paired with EzQuant Assays, this will allow the accurate quantification of dsDNA at concentrations as low as 10 pg/µl.
Samples can be as small as 1 µl and the EzCube Fluorometer excels in the identification of specific types of nucleic acids, even in degraded samples or those with very low-concentration. When combined with EzQuant Assays, it achieves low detection limits of 10 pg/µl for dsDNA, 50 pg/µl for ssDNA, and 250 pg/µl for RNA. Additionally, EzCube features three LED light sources, to enable its use with different fluorescent dyes and satisfy the demands of a wide range of applications such as NGS, qPCR, cloning, and transfection.
Built on the user-friendly design of the Blue-Ray Biotech EzDrop Spectrophotometers, EzCube includes a friendly touchscreen interface, USB data transfer and seamless integration with both EzQuant Assays and the commonly used assays from other vendors.
