Can I adjust the LED light intensity?
The LED light intensity is preset and cannot be manually adjusted.

I want to export the data from the EzCube, but I can't find it on the PC.
Please note that EzCube only supports USB drives formatted in FAT or FAT32. If the USB drive is not in the correct format, the device may not recognize it. Make sure to check and format your USB drive accordingly before use.

Does EzCube need routine maintenance?
To ensure optimal performance, we recommend performing an annual check of the light source using the EzCube Verification Kit (P/N: T01-FPBR01-00).

Can I perform the custom assay?
Yes! You can create your own custom assay through the “Standard Assay” application on the EzCube.

What kinds of tubes can be used with the EzCube?
The EzCube is designed to work with 0.5 ml thin-walled PCR tubes made of polypropylene (PP). For best compatibility, we recommend using the 0.5 ml Thin Wall PCR Tube (P/N: T00-FPBR03-00).

What kinds of quantification reagents can be used with the EzCube?
The EzCube Fluorometer is an open system that's fully compatible with EzQuant Quantification Assays as well as other commonly used DNA/RNA quantification kits. This gives you the flexibility to choose reagents that best suit your workflow.
